Has the firmware been released so we can use the new rotary tool in the H2C?

I think we are sill before that timing. I am missing also the update regarding the Birds Eye Camera together with its calibration (with cutting module). This came our for both other systems but not for H2C yet. Maybe both will be combined.

There’s also the printing-while-drying feature missing. I wonder why H2C is laging so much behind h2d and h2s. Probably because it’s the newest one in the bunch

Is frustrating when you purchase one of the most expensive machines on the market, wait for a rotary tool to enjoy more options on it. End up getting it after a long time being back order, receiving it and now finally having the h2c machine with the rotary tool in hands and ready to use a FIRMWARE is not letting us to be able to use it. Even though they already released for both other h2 machines, is it really that difficult to released a software to be more accessible for the users that own a h2c?

I’m also waiting patiently for the firmware for the rotary tool. The rotary tool is the main reason we purchased the laser upgrade kit.
Has anyone heard any updates yet?

I am still waiting for the next firmware. It has been months to be honest and still no beta of it.

Will be good to know, I have the Rotary tool with my H2D and looking to get the vortek kit to upgrade it when it’s in stock but don’t fancy making the rotary tool an expensive paperweight and loosing the function until I know for certain if this will be made compatible
This was me. I used the rotary tool multiple times on my H2D. I was finally able to get a vortek upgrade, so now it’s useless until we can get some firmware.
Perhaps things aren’t going well at Bambu Lab. That’s why they might not want to do anything.

Anyone have any updates about the upcoming firmware release? Even a beta? I’m impatiently waiting at this point lol.
A more iterative firmware schedule would have been appreciated. It really is odd that the H2C is their most premium printer, yet the last to get feature parity with the rest of their lineup.
