“indicated” = “rumours”. They also indicated several other things which were majorly pushed back or downright turned to rumours/myths across the forums "i.e. “birds eye camera will be available for use without the laser”.
Couple months ago people mocked me for saying the exact same thing. Now i see the same people starting to complain that H2D feels dropped.
We dont need promises any more. We need action.

The bird-eye camera usage was part of the answer

Αgain, tricky words there. Should. HA. Reminds me of the Greek Medium Pythia…

Anyone brave trying this beta?

I still haven’t received the beta firmware yet, though i’m in the beta program.

Updated to the beta last night. One thing I would like to see added to this update before official release is larger color displays for the vortek nozzle information menu. It’s so tiny that some colors are indistinguishable.

For example, number 4 is white and number 3 is beige. I can barely tell the difference. Maybe just make the whole middle section the color so it’s larger and easier to tell the difference.

Also, it’s hard to tell which nozzle hasn’t been assigned a color yet vs. one that’s been assigned with black. Maybe change the non assigned hot end to a checkered or hash mark pattern or something. In my photo I know one hot end is unused and one is assigned black filament. Is it hot end 1 that’s unused? Or is it hot end 5? I can’t tell.

Just a small QOL update that would help a little.

yeah same for me, no beta firmware showing up yet. probably a really small batch for tests?

The beta users are picked at random. Sometimes, it never comes. Or atleast they say its random. In the beginning, I always got them right away. Not anymore

@SupportAssistant

Can you please extend the beta queue as you did for H2D? I got always instantly every build, since H2C no chance

@SupportAssistant still nothing about the Birds Eye cam for the none laser?

The queue has been extended and more users should now be able to access this beta.

This will be available in a future update in the beginning of this year.

Thank you so much! Firmware installed and this machine still works like a charm.

I just got the update, but it takes some time. First it’s refreshing the nozzle status with the Vortek.

6 noozles!!!

Still no Beta availlable at the moment

will this firmware be more stable towards external usb drives? tired of formatting the drive on mine every 2 weeks…
