We’re excited to announce that firmware V01.01.03.00 for the H2C is now available through our Public Beta Program.
How to Join the Beta
To access the beta firmware, simply join the Beta Firmware Program via the Bambu Handy app under Me → Beta Firmware Program.
Once enrolled, the update will be pushed to your device gradually.

You can leave the Beta Program at any time by disabling the option in the app and installing the latest official firmware version.
Feature Optimizations:
Improved Nozzle Presence Detection logic.
Optimized the Nozzle Offset Calibration algorithm to reduce false alarms caused by filament clumping on the nozzle that could interfere with the calibration process.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed an intermittent failure in 0.2 mm nozzle offset calibration.
Resolved an intermittent mechanical interference issue between the Hotend Latch Actuator and the Hotend Latch during nozzle switch.
Where is the H2D firmwares? All is good in H2D? Dont think so. Why such radio silence for that model? Did you release it to abandon it in less than a year?
If that’s the case, then once again they have completely let down their H2D owners, despite promising that they do care about users of what was once their flagship machine, which is barely even a year old.
It is strange that customers keep forgiving Bambu Lab when, time after time, they abandon their users as soon as they have taken their money.

It appears to be a problem with TPU prints.
My bambu project is a dual color TPU print with Bambu TPU for AMS in left nozzle and Bambu TPU90A in Right nozzle.
edit : No newer firmware available, even after joining beta firmware program.
Not sure if I need to file a feature request or not: Are we consider to make internal storage manageable via the Bambu Studio? I prefer to have no external USB drive since this make the printer looks more beautiful
I installed it last night, then ran the print calibration immediately afterwards.
It’s a bit funny that my printer has never had a single problem yet, but after this update, while running the calibration, the Nozzle Offset Calibration failed on the first Vortek hotend it picked up.
I started the calibration and it all passed, but the first time I’ve ever had a false alarm for the offset was after I installed firmware specifically addressing false alarms!
It’s generally fascinating… instead of people just posting their stuff in the appropriate threads or opening support tickets, they spam every H2C firmware thread - right from the very first reply.
The H2D Firmware V01.02.30.06 Beta was just announced a few hours ago! When can we H2C owners expect to see these new features? It’s exactly the update we’ve been waiting for.
