So I printed a bunch of things with no issues. Now all the sudden I’m getting problems. My left nozzle only has black a 3kg spool. Already ran through one no problem working on second one. Pritner randomly has extrusion issues and stop extruding from left nozzle. I replaced nozzle just to see if it was a clog and nope, stops again after printing fine but this time prints nothing with no warning until a few hours later. No clue what’s wrong. Small print came out fine. Hours after I start a long print I have issues. I have 2 h2c and h2d and so far only 1 has been working fine since purchase, I feel like quality is complety down the toilet for 3d printing companies now it’s get it out fast screw quality we need something new even if it’s broke. Picture are what I was left with. Spool free spins, starts up and prints a small print after pulling out filament and reloading. Any advice.
What is the exact error message you got?
Some get a filament tangle error due to the 3kg spool. The jerk that is created every time the filament is straightened is a lot larger for the 3kg spools than the standard 1kg spools.
You could test this with a 1kg spool, and see if you still have an issue.
If that doesn’t give any errors, you might consider to respool the filament or use a TPU feeder to take away the jerks from the extruder.
