I haven’t used my H2C for a few months now. Went to today and it will not connect to Bambu Studios. I went to check it to see if it was even powered on. It was powered on, but the screen would not respond. I had no way to check if it was connected to Wi-Fi. I cycled the power and I am still having the same problems.
You’re going to want to put in a support ticket. Where it asks you to upload a log file, just create an empty text file with the right extension, and explain in the ticket that the printer is unresponsive.
Just to double check but the little red “safety” key at the back is inserted?
The Safety Key is installed in the Safety Key Socket which prevents the printer from being powered on unless the safety key is inserted
It is installed. I had already checked.
Thank you. I was hoping someone would have a quick fix.
Have you checked out the wiki regarding this? It has trouble shooting steps.
I have the same problem. It happened to me today, too. I was printing, and then it stopped, and the screen wouldn’t turn on anymore, and it won’t connect online. It’s like the printer just died.
I have. I will go through the steps this evening.
I have the same problem. It happened to me today, too.I was preparing for a print and then the screen wouldn’t turn on anymore, and it won’t connect online. It’s like the printer just died. How do you submit a ticket. What no phone contacts? This sounds like a Tech company expecting basic users to operate like they do.

I had this too, after the printer was disconnected from power. It seems to be a software issue. Support will help you, but if you are comfortable with it, you can try to short this pads on the AP board while the power is on. I found this on Reddit, from a user that got this from Bambu support.i had to do it once, no problems since then:
