Might be a silly question. I’ve had a few Bambu printers: A1, A1 mini, P2S and now an H2C.
With every printer I’ve used, the system always saves the models you print in the memory. in the P2S in the internal memory, in the A1 series in the SD card.
My H2C does not do this. Sometimes some files are saved in the USB memory, but not in the internal. but mostly it just keeps the last print in the internal memory.
what am I doing wrong?

It’s a bit of a mystery for me… there’s a Printer Option for “Store sent files on external storage” (in both the printer and Studio). Which I actually have disabled, but it still stores some
prints on the USB drive (seemingly random, and only a few). For a while I had that enabled, and seemed like it was saving them all, but I"m not really sure.
Do you see that option, and what’s yours set to?
I’ve never seen anything saved to internal storage… not that it’s very clear what lives where. It seems like the last thing I printed always ends up on the USB disk and then might be removed later (and maybe sometimes not and that’s why some end up stuck there), but I haven’t paid enough attention to that.

Yes pretty much the same experience with mine. Must be a bug. The option you mention doesn’t seem to have any effect on my printer. Behaviour is consistent whether that options is on or off.
Now that I look at it again, I think everything recent still on the USB drive are prints I aborted for one reason or another. I’m guessing it uses the disk for temporary storage and the bug is that they’re not deleted if the print is stopped.
I also just noticed in the H2C wiki’s “screen operations guide” it says:
Store Sent Files on External Storage: If printing is initiated through the cloud, the print files will be cached in external storage.
I only use LAN mode. But I’ve always only used LAN mode, and I swear it saved all those prints, until I disabled the option. There are some timelapse videos of those same models completed… (before I disabled those as well). Odd!

My H2C religiously stores all prints on the USB drive along with the timelapse video. It replaces any print jobs I abort or otherwise screw up with the new file, if it has the same name. I do not use LAN only mode.
I figure it is that the cloud is not connected to the printer. I cannot figure out to connect to the cloud though.
