Looking to add an H2C to my printer selection. May be a stupid question, but it looks like it ships with 4 .4mm nozzles. I want a complete set of 6 at once. The ones that come with it I’m guessing are standard nozzles. Can they be used in conjunction with the hardened steel nozzles, or do I need 6 hardened steel nozzles? Same question with the high flow nozzles, can they be mixed with the standard .4? Thanks
Hi, yes, only 4 x regular flow 0.4mm induction nozzles are included, plus 1 each of 0.2 & 0.6. They’re the same as the regular flow nozzles one can buy separately (“hardened steel” except the .2), so they can be used in conjunction with those (as long as the size matches of course since we can’t yet mix nozzle sizes in one print).
Same question with the high flow nozzles, can they be mixed with the standard .4?
Yep, high flow and regular can be mixed among the induction nozzles (and also left/right in general). It’s potentially a bit more setup in the slicer (eg. there are now 3 places to edit speed settings – left, right regular, & right HF), and making sure the mapping to the printer makes sense in the end. But doable!

Thanks much for the reply. I’m not great in the slicer, so ill skip the HF for now. Any idea if WC nozzles are coming?
You’re welcome! And no, no clue on carbide induction nozzles… haven’t seen any news on that. Those darn nozzles already multiply like (expensive) rabbits, so I’m in no rush…

I would rather buy 1 and never worry. My H2S will do most of the abrasives, but still one less thing to worry about.
