H2C Printer with AMS Pro 2 and AMS HT will not retract filament from Y splitter

Brand-new H2C Printer with AMS Pro 2 and AMS HT (connect with 4 port Y splitter).
H2C is trying to load filament from ams ht to extruder 1 (left) but being blocked by filament from ams pro 2 when switching color in extruder 2 (right).
Filament form AMS Pro 2 is still in the 4 port Y splitter and when AMS HT attempt to load to printer it blocked.
Will only work if AMS HT (left extruder) is loaded directly without using 4 port Y splitter.

Hello, how exactly do you have the 2 AMSs hooked up? I don’t understand based on your description. They’re both hooked up to one extruder, via the 4-way adapter?

Maybe you have the adapter reversed? It is meant to take input from multiple sources (like AMSs) on the 4-port side and have one output to one of the printer’s extruders on the single port side.

To use AMS HT on left side, you’d hook that up directly to the printer, no adapter required. Same for using a single AMS on the right side.
