H2C Top surface quality issues

Hello all,

I’m having issues with the top surfaces of my prints, On my P1S and X1C printers I have no issues achieving a quality top surface layer. I run ironing tests to set my flow and ironing speeds accordingly. Below are some images of the issues. Both the streaking appearance and the appearance of what looks like under extrusion.

On the P1S, I’m able to achieve the following result…

I would just use the few P1S I have dialed in, but I’m wanting to start make larger signage. I feel like I’ve tried most things, but maybe I’m missing something, any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

H2C under extrusion

I have my H2C now for a good week and I like the machine a lot. Except my bottom and top layer quality is worse than on my X1C. The printer seems to be underextruding quite consistently. It’s visible on the bottom and top layer where you see some gaps between the extrusion lines and also some gaps between the walls and bottom/top surface. Yeah i saw that thread, but I didn’t notice anyone having the tool marks that i have in the second photo with the pig head, I thought that although they look similar mine looked like a slightly different issue. I purchased the machine on preorder. I imagine it is one of the first batches.
