I recently received my H2C Ultimate, over several days. I did not get the extra nozzles, but did receive the AMS Pro 2 and the AMS HT. Has anyone else not received their nozzles or find them in an unusual place in the packaging?
Same here. I got the 2nd AMS and AMS HT the other day. My H2C just got here. I ripped thru everything and couldn’t find them. I opened a support ticket.
I also opened a ticket. Bambu lab will send them later because the hotends are out of stock. Not nice if you ordered the H2C ultimate package!
My experience is that if something is out of stock, it simply will not be included in any bundle. Most likely they ran out before your order was actually processed, so now you are stuck in the same queue as everyone else.​
It is frustrating, but that is just how Bambu Lab chooses to treat paying customers. Apparently “in stock” sometimes just means “you will find out later that it wasn’t.
I ordered the Ultimate Bundle just 20 minutes after it was unveiled.
- Ordered: 18 November
- Shipping announced: 9 December
- H2C Combo delivered on 21 November
- Ultimate Nozzle Pack delivered on 2 December
- AMS2 and AMS HT still pending (I guess 9 December ^^)

In the H2C Package is included:
- 2x 0.4 Hotend Left Side
- 1x 0.2 Hotend Right Side
- 4x 0.4 Hotend Right Side
- 1x 0.6 Hotend Right Side
In the additional Ultimate Package is included:
- 1x 0.2 Hotend Left Side
- 1x 0.6 Hotend Left Side
- 3x 0.4 Hotend Right Side

This is correct and how I understand it. Bambu messed up the spec list on launch by adding 2 x extra induction nozzles on the ultimate package. Still annoyed that happened!
really i missed that when i ordered this is how i understood it. Also makes sense since it kind of completes the setup with 2 ams systems and the extra 0.2,0.6 completes the 2 heads for dual material. I hope given the prices we will see a 4xsame nozzles for 100-110 euro’s and maybe 4 HF for 180-200 euro.

Now i got an email with tracking number for the AMS2. So that thing will arrive on 9 December. AMS HT not in sight.
Yep same here tracking number for ams2 but my 2 ht’s are still missing in action.

haha same i think someone at bambu is reading the forum and playing with us. So indeed now all 4 packages are listed under the order (as they should have been from the start) and like you the ams2+ht are now in shipping mode. The second HT i ordered is still on 22Dec. (netherlands).
When I placed my order, they stated 9 December as the shipping date. So I received 2 of the 4 parcels earlier than I expected. And the other two will arrive pretty much exactly on the date stated, so I’m happy

I fully agree and told this also to the support team my issues is in not admitting that the packages exists ! They should all 4 been listed on the order from the start now had to guess. My first package was 51.5KG so i assumed it would have most parts only to find out the shipper really didn’t want to damage it and added large pallet and plastic.
They didn’t send mine as well (I have everything esle). I just opened up a support ticket to see what happens (United States).
My H2C printer and a package containing the nozzle set from the Ultimate Kit arrived here in Germany. The AMS 2 and AMS HT are still missing. The annoying thing is that the one or two missing packages aren’t listed in my account center.
My estimated delivery date was December 6th. I’ll wait another five days and then submit a support ticket.
For me, the numbers only appeared in my account every time I received a shipping email. They don’t list the missing items until they have been shipped, but I wouldn’t worry too much about it
At first, I only had the H2C Combo listed there, then the nozzles, and since yesterday, the two AMS, which are on their way.

I received everything across 3 packages over a few days ahead of the Dec 28th expected delivery date, EXCEPT the additional induction hot ends that are listed with the ultimate set. My orders page says everything has arrived! I opened a ticket so we will see.
