Hi All.
new H2C , experienced user.
i have it setup with the provided nozzles.vortex 4 x 0.4mm, 1 x 0.2mm & 1 x 0.6mm nozzle … all nozzles “seem to” detect correctly.
and i have installed a 0.6mm nozzle on left side .
when i sync to printer it will not accept that there are 0.6mm nozzles installed and defualts back to 0.4mm …
as can be seen from the attached image there is no option for 0.6mm. despite that i have installed them both.
i have reset everthing to defaults , removed & reinstalled Bambu studio, reset printer. nothing i have tried has made it accept the 0.6 or show them as an option.
Any help anyone ?

Did you manually set the correct Nozzle size on the printers touchscreen?
The H2 series printers do a lot of that themselves using the read nozzle option … and the vortex side is set in the hotends & rack screen… but yes… both sides say 0.6mm, until bambu studio insists there not. 
the workflow i’m having to use to get 0.6mm to work is novel…
load model in BS…
sync info button press… this then first removes the 0.6mm nozzle that was set as it has no skip option. then filament can sync.
manualy change nozzles back to 0.6 for left and right. and then can print.

For anyone who suffers this problem in the future. Of which there will surely be some.
The issue is/was font scaling/text size in windows.
There was a similar issue reported a while ago with bambu studio showing blank finish time on prints. The solution for that was increase scaling in display settings.
In this case , if you have text size, which is under display scaling in windows on anything above its 2nd notch i.e. small text. Then you can’t see the 0.6mm selection box.
So change text size back down to small and then ONLY use display scaling and it works ok

yep, I can confirm this happened to me to and I was going crazy for the last day and a half till I saw your post so thanks!!!
Other thing you can do without changing windows font size is pressing Control key and move the mouse scroll button at the same time, it will reduce the font size momentarily letting you see and select the 0.6 nozzle
