It states that it’s a 2-man delivery. Does anybody else say the same…? They are using XDP for my delivery…
Mine was delivered by GEL (in Germany) by only a single person even when the package said two people are needed handling it. To be fair it was not too hard to handle alone but I also having no problems lifting heavy weights. 
Too bad the package and the printer were already damaged and I am waiting for support right now to take care of it.

I cant help them I have polyarthritis, so I will watch him or them… Now with Amazon, I have ordered a few items in the past few weeks and said 2-men delivery, and 2 men came and delivered it, and it was not that heavy; only one needed to carry it…

Paired with a big belly! 
No after unpacking it and checking where they want me to lift it… was okay but there wasn’t much room for an even bigger/heavier one alone. 
I also installed my 65" TV alone without breaking it on the wallmount so I guess I am trained handling such things. 
@V6CMG: Then I would say you def need a second person at least or even a third because it can be really difficult if you are not 100% fit.

Got mine delivered by GEL as well. It also stated it’s gonna be a 2-man delivery.
They actually were two guys watching me struggling getting the package into the house by myself. No clue why they have two people doing deliveries.
Mine came without any damage and got the first 30 print hours in with no problem.

My delivery guy even offered me to put the package inside the room I needed it but I told him it is okay to drop it at the doorstep. Seems there are huge differences between GEL personel.
Are you satisfied with the H2D so far? 
I should have pushed them, huh? But yeah, they seam to have a bunch of partner companies thought Germany.
Yeah, it’s been great so far. I was on the verge of getting a X1E for its PPS capabilities and heated chamber. But now the H2D delivers all of that, plus a larger build volume, which is always appreciated. I would have loved to have a LAN connection on it, though.
Could you already try your H2D, or are you waiting for a response from support?

Nah I would have loved to but the printer and its components are too much bent so the bed is getting stuck everytime.
Also just received my first response to the ticket and they are replacing it. Hope the second try will go smoothly and everything is not made to complicated. Really hope they ship the replacement in advance so the waiting is not too long but I have only small hopes for that.
Maybe they are delivering the new one with a little helper for the driver this time so he don’t need to throw it inside his truck.

The thing is packaged quite good. Did he roll the box to your door?

Actually the box didn’t even look damaged. A small hole in the front and a little crumbled on a edge but nothing too obvious.
I thanked the driver and gave him also a good tip for the carefull handling.

I first noticed a really weird looking Z rod that looked bent but I thought nothing of it. I unpacked the printer and installed it on his new desk and when I started to troubleshoot the failed selftest I noticed the back didn’t look right too. I then started looking around and found more evidence that the printer might have had a serious crash to one edge. The build quality is pretty good so it didn’t look too obvious and covered it up pretty good.
Everything is just shifted and bent so you had to really look for it what I didn’t do because of the good looking packaging.
My fault.

Uhh, that looks painful. But hey, they now have the visual encoder plate. Maybe that helps.

I called Fedex and had them hold at depot, coworker and I picked it up their ourselves to skip any last-mile issues. Absolutely zero issues with my machine, Bambu sure packs em well!

The greatest risk of mishandling is probably during the uncontrolled conditions of final delivery.

I’m guessing your uk based as mine is the same. 2 man from XDP. Usually everything comes from DPD but I think their weight limit is 30kg and this is listed as 43kg which is why it’s XDP.
92 lb lift is not that impressive. If you do legs and have at least a decent physique you should be able to lift at least your body weight
I just got a txt saying XDP have collected my order. Its a 2 man delivery weighing 42.3KG. .How long do they usually take to deliver? Does anyone in the UK know from their experience?
Just check, and XDP has my printer, so I’m hoping tomorrow or Monday…but I haven’t gotten a text yet…
I really hope its tomorrow. All the other stuff ie an other AMS and build plates are coming today.
DPD will do 2 separate deliveries today…1 at 1500-1600 and the other at 1600-1700, but this will be my extra AMS 2, and the other is a spare nozzle and some other spare… just seems to separate delivery…
