I have clocked just over 500 hours on my h2d so far. In that time, I have literally had one or two failures total, mostly attributable to damp filament. I have been printing exclusively petg with this printer since new. All of a sudden the last couple of days, I have had multiple prints that have failed due to bed adhesion. I had the smooth pei plate on, so decided to go back to the textured pei plate and the failures keep happening. Is there something that I need to do maintenance wise? I thought that maybe the issue was really more to do with wet filament, but even after drying my filament down to 8% I’m still having print failures. And the failures are not back to back either. I’ll have one good print, then a failure. Then when printing the exact same file I will just restart a new print and it will print fine. I didn’t do anything to the bed I didn’t change any settings I didn’t even re-slice. Has anyone else experienced this and what is the issue I’m overlooking?
You didn’t mention it, so the first line of defense is a CLEAN PLATE
Hot water, clean scrub brush, regular dawn unscented dish soap, dried with a clean towel, and carried by the edge back to the machine.

Okay I’ll try to post a screen grab of the failure on the last print. And yes the plate is “dirty” in that it has glue residue on it. But again I’ve restarted the same exact print and it’s printing out beautifully which has been typical of these failures. It may be wrong to do so, but that makes me rule out a dirty plate as the issue.
