I have a job with multiple parts in PETG w/ pla/petg support material for the interface layer. Over the whole run it’s only 22 material changes.
The X1C does it in 39hrs
The H2D does it in 88.5hrs (took the X1C job and just switched it to the H2D and sliced it)
Anyone know why the X1C is so much faster when the material changes are low or none. I’ve seen this on a few other jobs I’ve compared, but never such a high discrepancy.
FYI: Job is now running on my X1C (3000hrs now). LOL.
I found similar, that is until I set the print profiles to the default values leaving the support profile alone for the left nozzle. Now H2D is about 10% faster than X1C but there aren’t that many filament changes (22)
