After lubricating filament rail, I cannot physically unload the TPU filament loaded on my right extruder. The video shows the extruders and filament guide removed ONLY for better visibility, and also to show that the filament path to the right extruder seems to be totally clear below the wheel, but unloading is impossible with them on, and after heating the right extruder properly to 250F. However I do it, the flament is completely, solidly stuck: pulling on the filament feels like I could lift the printer with it.
Yes. I pressed unload, the extruder heats up, the filament is cut, and then the message comes up saying “Pull the filament on external blah bl;ah”, which I do, but instead of just getting the filament out of the toolhead, as it usually happens, the filament is firmly stuck inside it.
I only removed the extruders and filament guide to show on video that there is nothing below the wheel
Rusty, I also tried pressing the up arrow for the right extruder on screen. I can see the wheel turning to push the filament back, but still stuck. When I pressed the wheel down, the hot end ran out of filament to extrude but there is no more filament coming in
Probably someone better than me to help but, the extruder doesn’t heat up the nozzles do, the extruder is the wheels inside that are holding the filament, On the printer screen go to the extruder control, select the side you are working on then push the up arrow on the control while gently pulling on the filament

OK, problem fixed. As it never happened to me with the H2D, this fix was simpler than expected. So here it is, in case others land on this issue in the future.
The page you pointed me to was for the H2C but it had this picture of a step that I did not even know was possible: pushing the filament AWAY from the wheel (?).
It is somehow scary because it requires quite a lot of pressure, but totally logical once you do it It releases the filament from being pressed against the wheel, and pulling the filament out is now easy. The picture from the wiki is below.
