Anyone else have this issue? Not sure when this started for me but definitely hasn’t always been the case. Just upgraded to the latest firmware to be sure it wasn’t that.
Using the handy app, I can send send prints just fine as long as I use a standard filament preset. But if tap to use my filament preset it and send, it will get stuck at 1% slicing for a bit and then will send a message that it failed.
Have tried a bunch of different things:
-Doesn’t matter if it uses one nozzle or both
-Doesn’t matter if the original print profile is set up for the H2D or not
-Same print profile and identical filament presets work for my X1C from the handy app
-Same print profile and filament presets work when sending from slicer on pc
-Its not one specific preset. changing to any of my filament presets results in a fail
