You can leave the Beta Program at any time by disabling the option in the app and installing the latest official firmware version.

  2. Optimized the purge bin jam detection function for better detection of jam.
  3. Optimized the issue of large capacity USB drive formatting occasionally failing.

Known Issues

Nice! Can we dry while printing soon too?

Because why would the AMS 2 truly ever be idle?

Can we assume that those of us who actively look for issues will once again receive the beta just five seconds before it goes public – after five printer restarts and no beta whatsoever?

Installed and working.

I have a question, how does the drying option with rotation work when the spools are loaded in the AMS?

Yay hopefully my light will turn off and I can actually print 0.08 mm with my smaller .2 nozzle

You cannot rotate it if it’s inserted

Any word on when flush multipliers will be fixed on the H2D? Even set to 0 in Bambu Studio, the H2D still flushes a significant amount of filament. I’ve raised this in multiple posts and forums and still not even an acknowledgement of it being a known bug.

Is this for the AMS 2Pro? All my lights except those already turn off in energy saving mode. Or which indicator lights are we talking about?

A handful of us had issues that when our Prints would complete the status indicator light and Chamber lights would stay on for hours after it completed. It would only turn off once we hit the okay button on the print succeed pop up.

Funny thing is tech support responded to my support ticket minutes before the new beta firmware came out. They said it’s a glitch due to the pop-up and it’ll be fixed in the next firmware release. Can’t wait to try out the new beta when I get home if it’s available for me.

However I feel like I have 30 or 40 hours of calibration racked up on this machine so far.

Hello, thank you for contacting Bambu Lab Support.
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your printer
thanks for the feedback, it sounds like a bug due to the popup, I have passed it on to the developers, however it likely wont get fixed until the next firmware update.

I gotcha, I was actually just reading those haha.

Do you know when the beta will be pushed out to everyone?

The beta is always free for everyone.

All you have to do is join the beta programme. In your Bambu app via: Device > Settings > Firmware

@Kubikossi not true. Even if you sign up they decide who get the beta.

I always received X1 beta firmware but never received a beta for the H2D.

Are they not pushed to every region ?

Yes, I was wondering once you signup ( been in the program automatically for a while ), will we receive the update anytime soon?

That is a good question and it seems to be completely random.

I have been enrolled since my H2D arrived almost a month ago and I have never gotten a beta firmware yet. I am not sure about it

Im not so sure they are randomly picking people. I always get the beta version as soon as they release it. Maybe they release to people that have owned a bambu printer for a while and make new buyers wait.

Just a guess. I got this last beta before they even posted it in the forum

I feel special now.
So glad they fixed the light issue and drying while loaded is a pleasant surprise.

And where exactly does it say that Bambu supposedly decides who gets a beta? Can you please show me the statement from Bambu?
It’s definitely not written here, nor in the linked terms.

So people who have signed up for it but don’t get access are not indication enough?
