Why is my H2D still showing load for external spool even though its already loaded?
Could it be that you have multiple AMS HT? Each counts as an external spool.
I do not have any AMS HT’S this is fed from the external spool.

Do you have your 3MF project? If possible share that and I can check.
As I said, I can repeat this on my X1 Carbon and can check that later today.
It’s so you can load it to unload it. Seems to need to know what it has before it can unload the filament. I reload it, when it gets past step 1 I stop, wait 30 secs the the machine to make some noise, then when I click, I now have unload option as well. Go figure…
