A lot of people don’t understand how the belts were made. They assumed that the belts were made one by one and each one should have perfect rubber coating… While in reality the belts were multiple layers glued together made into a large piece then cut down into the shape. Having exposed fibre layer is perfectly normal for any belt… As long as the fibres are not sticking out
