Aurora’s tolerance test is valid at their scale (they look 15-20mm), but too large to ferret out these small-hole-inner-diameter problems. In the past I’ve tried to model 0.8mm hole channels (to allow a thread) but man it was a nightmare and they always fused solid. I was trying to print it so the hole was oriented straight vertical but the openings just fuse and need to be drilled out. Maybe small area flow compensation can fix that.
