[H2D] Has anyone had their printers resetting the Printing Time?
I’ve had my H2D Laser since the beginning, and I had already 800+ hours on it (I remember because I saw the messaged on the screen saying “800h and more” etc), including some engraving/cutting. I also had received the first notification to clean the rods.
Sometime during the maintenance procedure or a software update, the printing hours have restarted, and now I’m at 150h, which I have surpassed FOR SURE.
I submitted a ticket to Support and they were not able to help. I don’t care so much about showing printing time so much, but more that I’m afraid that next maintenance notifications will all be delayed, and that’s where my problem resides.
Has anyone had this happening to them?
