So i just noticed my left extruder light is flickering while starting a print. Then it switches to right, back to left and its not flickering anymore.
Some things ive noticed lately is weird stuff happens when its heating the bed. One guy tested turning the bed off and on while printing and it affected the extrusion rate. Instantly. I also noticed it heats the bed and both nozzles at the same time, if using both nozzles at the beginning of a print. I havnt checked, but when heating the chamber, its probably powering all 4 elements simultaneously to save a few seconds. Im not home, but if I were, I would test a print start using whatever the resting bed temp is, as the printing temp. Then see if the light still flickers. I know the bed uses ac power, but its drawing from the same power source as the PSU for the nozzles. The wall outlet.
If the bed drawing power manages to affect the leds on the head, aka several cirquits away, im fairly worried what other effect it might have on more sensitive components.
Not the electrical tinkerer, but it does coincide with the bed heating up.
anyone more electronically literate to answer wether this can lead to something burning up down the road?
