I have a ticket opened with support but really surprised have not gotten a response yet for about 36 hours. For some strange reason my left nozzle got some physical damage. It was not the first time printing on the left nozzle.
It looks like it wasn’t installed properly judging on the clasp. Look at it compared to the other one.

It was installed fine, I was printing fine prior to this. The picture is after I move the nozzle around to take a better picture.
So did you change the clamps before taking this picture? Because the clamp on the left nozzle is put together wrong. This can work maybe for a few prints but after a while the nozzle gets loose this way.

Did you have recording activated on the printer? The H2D stores the full videos of prints on the USB drive if you have this activated. Maybe you can find the moment the nozzle crashed that way.
It is not. The clasp on the left hot end is closed wrong, which would lead to exactly what we’re seeing. Or are you saying you unclipped it and pushed the nozzle upwards to take this picture?
yes thats what I’m saying, I was trying to triage what had happen. At the time the picture was taken I had already attempt to take it apart to investigate the situation
I have watched the video, it had small clumps on it after it was a bad print and it went home position.
Is that damage from removing filament ? below the heating elemement ?
and is the stringy stuff behind it also filament ?
