I was replacing the left hot end of my H2D when this magnet fell out. I can’t find where it goes, but now left extruder is overloaded anytime I go to use it. Might be unrelated but my left head also scratched the build plate just now.
I would contact Bambu Lab customer support about this ASAP. Use the live chat. They will likely need to set up a ticket for you, as your issue is more extensive than most live chat agents are trained to handle.
Can you take some better photos , it looks like a flat cable ferrite that fell off mine but that was from behind the plastic that I had taken off
