H2D nozzle blocker getting stuck

Sooo I recently ran into a problem with my nozzle blocker being bent. Thats not that big of a deal, I replaced it. After that ran a full calibration. It gets all the way until the offset calibration, then it throws a excusion error. After viewing it in person, it appears to be this little thing in the back. It appears to be getting stuck or something. Can someone give me some insight on this. Like what is this part even called? It tries to move the blocker and it get stuck on that little thing. Thank you

It’s the purge wiper. It looks like yours has been beaten up pretty good.

First read this and see if it’s the same problem:

If that is the same problem you might want to open a ticket to get a new one sent out.

Here’s some more info:

The part’s only $9.99 but they should send you one for free under warranty. Make sure you get the problem figured out first though. Here’s the part:

So I legit found this post right before you sent it. Yep that was it. So weird. Now here is the thing, do you think Bambu would compensate me in some way? I got my H2D a few months ago and printed dozens of hours. The crazy thing is other than the bent blocker and the scuffed thing, I think i got lucky. Nothing else seems damaged. Maybe the printheads, but nothing apparent in the prints so far. I plan on getting a new purge wiper for sure, but do you think it is still worth it to reach out to them?

Great! They will definitely cover everything that’s damaged. Mine was only a few days old when the flow blocker got bent and scratched up the build plate. They sent me a new blocker and a build plate. They’ll ask for pictures and maybe a video but I would definitely go through the process.

If you need to order filament or anything else that would put you over the minimum order for free shipping I would probably order the parts AND open a ticket. It’s always good to have spares (when it isn’t the expensive stuff  ).
