Noticed this earlier I swapped the blocker thinking that was the problem, but that was not the problem

I bet the little red sticker on the magnet for the blocker arm fell off. You can adjust it

you mean the semi transparent amber one ? I surely lost one in the first 800h of prints. I did not really checked if there’s a second one
i have no red stickers on my magnets

There’s an amber one and a red one. The red one is the first one that’s likely to fall off.

Yep, that’s likely why it’s so far off. You can adjust the lever by loosening and retightening the screws.
are you talking about the arm the nozzle blocker is attatched too ?
Yes, you can adjust it a little bit to bring it back center by loosening the screws, placing it center, and then tightening them.
I might be stupid then I can’t for the life of me get it to straighten up lol
You need to try to find that little amber sticker which is stupid that bambu did this, which is clearly a design flaw that should be easy to fix (probably just raise that magnet 0.5mm higher, is it that hard???), yet it’s not.
If you can’t find that piece of plastic, then you need to buy a replacement

And this replacement would come with 10 spare amber stickers just because that they really fall off a lot. Again, super stupid design.

Nope they are gone on all magnets and I just ordered the part i agree its a stupid design
It looks like the nozzle blocker is off center at both positions (left and right).
A slight bend to the left, might resolve this without any further impact.
there’s only one magnet that needs it, the one on the bottom right side
Tried to bend it still off center even out a new nozzle blocker on it thinking that would help

I know this is an older thread, but it’s literally the only one I could find about this problem through google and/or forum search… So I am reviving it to help others who might be finding it the same way, since no one seemed to understand the problem and there was no solution provided.
I just got my H2D yesterday, and before I even loaded filament I noticed the blocker was too far right exactly like OPs video. It’s happening because the arm that swings the blocker left to right is allowed to swing too far to the right, then gets caught up on the nozzle.
To solve this, you need to adjust the set screw on the magnet bar. Mine had this annoying little plastic bit adhered onto the screw. It does appear on some of their images on the wiki, but not all, so I don’t know why they would even add it.. If yours has this as well, remove it, cut that *&^% off with some filament cutters.
Or at least trim it so the screw can be tightened further, which is required to fix the problem.
Once that’s removed, put the bar back on, with only the left screw, then tighten the set-screw until the blocker is covering the right nozzle and can’t be pushed farther to the right. ← This is the important part that is not mentioned on the wiki when they go over how to adjust the bar. The wiki only talks as if it’s for adjusting the height of the blocker, but it will also prevent the arm from going too far. Because if that side of the bar is too high, the arm easily swings past the magnets and gets stuck because there’s not enough strength to pull it back “onto” the nozzle.
You will need to tighten the set-screw to a point where it’s sticking out the other side. This will lower the right side of the bar, preventing the swing arm from being able to move past the nozzle.
(The silver screw marked on the right is the set-screw)
Once that is done, replace the 2nd black screw and tighten it, and check that it covers both nozzles properly and cannot move past the right nozzle.
