My left nozzle was having temperature malfunctions and, go figure, it was 2 weeks past warranty. They cannot help me but tell me I need to buy a new leftend assembly and install it. I get it, I follow it to a T, and go to calibrate the printer. Now it is failing the nozzle offset calibration due to a deviation between nozzles. I followed every instruction on the wiki for a fix, reinstall twice, and tried every tip I could find on the internet, and nada. Anyone else have this issue and come up with a fix? Nothing looks wrong at all. Nozzles swap, go up and down no problem, heat up correctly. I truly am at a loss and don’t want a $3k paper weight
Trying cleaning both nozzles when hot with a damp spounge. If that doesn’t work post more detailed pictures…
Doing a full calibration now to double check. It passed the nozzle offset calinration after doing this, and I feel dumb. Fingers crossed
The fact that it became quiet assumes the issue is resolved?
It was working. Did a vision encoding calibration, and then a full calibration and it is failing the nozzle offset part again

it says 2943 hours but I just leave it on when not in use. Nozzles are fully seated. Filament can be extruded out of both of them
Left nozzle looks to be bent? Can you try a different nozzle.
Did you take pictures while you changed stuff? More pictures, at least some without the left nozzle installed.
Wiki has a few things to check
Due to the number of hours on the machine, check Z axis Lead Screws for wear with a dial indicator. Dial indicator near the lead screw, one finger press on that part of heated bed in upward direction.
Then perform bed tramming…
you installed something bad. check it asap to avoid damages… if you remove the hot end you should see if there’s a deviation
