So i had two fails with h2d hotends, one failed in a few hundred hours and second (High Flow) just in a week of use.

I was wondering how often do people encounter this issue?

When i asked to replace first hotend, they denied at first, but i insisted, since it’s a manufacturing defect, and they decided to send me a replacement. Regarding high flow nozzle, i create refund request on a platform i bought it since they recommended me to do this.
This is the first time I’ve seen it with these nozzles. I saw it happen to two, maybe three, people with the original hotends.
Yeah, guess i’m just unlucky one 
Ive had a few bambu nozzles fail but in a different way, same way both times:
P1/X1
H2D
Bambu replaced both under warranty, they were both freshly purchased.

@abdbeg Can I inquire as to what filament you are printing with and temperature you’re printing at?
I had the same thing happen to me with just the tip I was printing pa6-GF
Yes, it’s PETG basic, printing in 245
Bambu or third party? I ask as perhaps with third party it doesn’t flow as well and there is higher pressure on the nozzle? They still shouldn’t fail like that but failing multiples can start to point to some other outside cause.

It’s third party, flow rate seems to he fine since i didn’t have under extrusion. Moreover i printed exactly the same part of over less a week and didn’t have any issues.
I believe there were quite a number of failures like that on A1 nozzles.
Wonder if Bambu subcontracted those cheap-ass Aliexpress nozzle makers from X1/P1 times that were shooting off those press fitted nozzles in all directions.
