H2D Poor surface

I’m slowly getting really annoyed by the terrible print quality of the H2D.

Prints constantly come off the plate even though it’s clean, and the surfaces just look awful.

I don’t have these problems at all with my X1C.

Does anyone have any idea what’s causing this poor quality?

Filament PLA Basic Bambulab
The filament is dry.
I’ve tried using the Bambulab profile and calibrating it myself. But I have this problem with every filament.

Don’t have much to add other than you may want to consider turning off the setting “Reduce infill retraction”

If that background is your build plate, clean it three times in a row before your next try

Hi, thanks for your reply. No, the background is my mouse pad. :slight_smile:

I’ll try disabling this setting.
