H2D Pro camera is blurry

Hi!

I’ve just received my new H2D Pro. Updated firmware to latest already and calibrated camera view. My camera picture is heavily blurred when the head is moving. Connecting directly with ffplay I get a very blocky stream view. I’ve already turned on local view (but staying cloud connected) but the image quality has not improved. Is this a known issue? Is there any solution to this? (AI does not list any). Should I create and issue and ask for a replacement camera?

Ive had this on my h2d too. Blocky blur, like ghosting.

It’s just how it’s coded at current stage if you’re using LAN. If you’re using cloud, it would add some sharpening and multi frame averaging. So you get motion artefacts but sharper and cleaner image overall.
