I’m actually REALLY surprised that Bambu didn’t follow up the H2D launch with tons of build plate types. BiQu is killing the game on that from. Their Frostbite is top tier for PLA/PETG/PCTG/ASA and the Pyro Plate has been great For Exotics, haven’t tried PA though… Between BiQu and DarkMoon, I don’t think Bambu released anything swift enough to capitalize on the H2D customer base. They should just buy the license from BiQu to sell their plates in a bundle

I have only used the PEI plate that it came with. Are the BiQu ones patterned, plain, smooth, etc.? I know if I want great stickage, the fuzzy blue plate, lightning or somethingorother is the one to get, the blue one. I have no complaints on the one it came with, if something isn’t sticking, it means I didn’t clean it. I would like one that is smooth and glossy on the finish, but I think that requires glue too, which I have never used.
Crazy how much one has to pay to get an ethernet port and that they didn’t have the pro available on H2D release. Bambu printers were the first device of its size that required a computer but I did not have a usb or ethernet port. I spent 20m looking for it when I got my mini. I felt foolish for not being able to find it then I asked someone and found out it doesn’t have any. I couldn’t believe it, I mean practically everything that needs the computer to work has a direct connection to it!
Its quite interesting how that fan looks from the other side, because even all photos in the manual are taken so that interior is not visible. Just pretty curious and should help understand more what exactly it cools.
I think it has a slot in the bottom to blow air onto the hot ends heat sinks. Not sure how the extruder is cooled.

Will you sell the blackout panels for the regular H2D? Would love to buy them just to make my H2D all black!
Whats the same? They have the same cover with a fan in it? My h2d does not have this. Make sense
