I was concerned with the exhaust while printing most filaments other than the high temp materials. There is no filtering with standard printing.
This is a filter housing that screws into the existing mounting holes on the panel backside.
This uses a standard easy to find Telsa Model 3 Cabin filter. It is a Hepa and activated carbon and comes with a foam gasket around the periphery.
The filter fits snug and is offset toward the center so the larger filter doesnt hang out from one side of the machine.

This is awesome! I’ll have to try it out, I wonder how restrictive it could be if at all?
I have no real way of checking, but crudely I used a plastic garbage bag and timed to fill it under 100% fan with and without the filter.
It was clumsy but didn’t really show any different times.
It filled a kitchen size in like 8 seconds.

Crude but effective, all in the name of science ![]()
Nice! Mine printed well just need to wait on the filter.
