So at the end of a print i kept getting an error message"unable to cut filament"
Not a problem i thought as i has bought a few spares when i purchased the printer.
So i have followed the instructions on the WIKI but to no avail.
There’s only one screw to remove, and that is as far as i have got.
The cutter arm will not budge! has anyone had any success changing one?
Ive taken the screws out and the cutter arm is loose and floppy, bit will not come out.
Am i missing some thing? i was expecting a 2 minute fix.

There is a spring loaded thing in the center slot of the print head. It needs to be held up to make the process easier. Look in the slot and you can see a hex screw that needs to be lifted up.
I can not locate right now but there is a print for a post to insert and hold the spring up so you have 2 hands to work with.

I have followed the instructions in the WIKI, but still no Joy. I have just managed to get the arm off with the old cutter blade, replaced with a new blade, but it is virtually impossible to get it to seat! Unable to line the hole up to allow me to seat the screw. So frustrating.
Many thanks i will have a look at that, and report back, ive got the old one out, but now struggling to get the new one back in.
Make sure to get it right side up, the lever side with a notch is top. Use a flashlight to look inside to see where the slot is.

I know I’m late to the game here, but I’m screaming and saying bad words because this is the dumbest setup for the cutters I’ve even seen. I have been trying to get the right side one back in for over 2 hours now. The spring comes out or gets in the way every time. I have no idea how I finally managed to get the left one in. I have replaced full carbon rods in my P series in half this time.
