I don’t get it, I have a model I made in fusion 360 that has an ABS body and requires fitting a TPU seal into an ID groove deep enough to hold the seal to the whole part functions as a cover and friction interference to cover a film magazine, every time i use the h2d to make them one side or the other is too large and the seal fall out, so I continually have to adjust the seal size however this time I cant compensate enough and one side requires my whole body weight 145lbs to force the seal in and opposite side just falls out and is loose enough to pull out just by sliding my finger across it. i do not for the life of me understand why the leveling is so bad it causes a 50% failure rate at best when printing batches of this part. the groove is about 1.75mm wide, parallel with the bed and the part body is about 170mm long and 65mm wide. i got my h2d so i can do batches and I cant. is my bed warped? is this a common defect? does lidar leveling mean nothing? my x1c never has this problem. I cant really include pictures because you cant tell anything by looking at it. leveling is always worst from left to right(facing the machine), front to back is always fine.
Have you followed the bed tramming procedure on the wiki? I would start here.
What layer height are you printing with? If 0.2, one can be 1.6 and the other side 1.8. Have a look in your slicer and go up layer by layer to see if the slicer is treating differently left and right side.
Or is it horizontal? Do you mind sharing your model?
