I cleaned and greased threaded rod and cleaned vertical smooth rod.
1412 hours.
Noise was there before and after cleaning(which I do regularly)
Check z belt in the bottom, propably rubs against something.

I’ve had this issue a lot, I found out that if you take out the Z belt tensioner pully and add some lube to the bearings the noise will disappear after a few minutes (probably because the lube has to get incorporated, I guess).

Have you checked the Z-rods for any small fragments of filament or debris?
It sounds like something may be caught near the top fitting where the build plate connects to each Z-rod. When the bed travels upward, the direction of the threaded rod could be dragging the fragment further in, increasing friction and causing the screeching noise. On the way back down, it may be pulling the fragment out slightly, which would explain why the noise disappears.
I’d check the area where the Z-rods pass through the build plate holder and look closely around the threads and fittings. A pair of needle-nose tweezers or a small brush might help remove anything stuck in there.
I’ve had small bits of filament get caught in mine occasionally, although mine never squeaked as loudly as yours.
