H2D variant leak?

Unless that is actually a side window,i don’t think the image is fake byt the rails are different, the h2d have some long round holes and this one doesn’t have,so yea the image is genuine

Is a prototype, that could change in time

I’d be interested to run some computer forensics on that original file to see what kind of info could be pulled from it

Single nozzle, dual filament. Seems like a logical way to segment while using majority of existing parts. I’d be more surprised if this wasn’t real. Easy way to move the H2D down market.

Those 2 tubes remind me of the A1 how the 4 tubes coming from the AMS are right over the extruder allowing faster changing of filament. I could see this being the case when used with 2 AMS units.

Real or fake, a single nozzle printer with the same H2D chassis (size) is going to arrive eventually. Not a matter of if, just when. Take your new flag ship as you did the old and make a cheaper variant of it with less bells and whistles. My guess is this will be the bigger single nozzle machine to check the boxes of people asking for it as the next logical step as opposed to a bigger X1C/P1S because I don’t see Bambu Lab working backwards (with old tech, nozzles…and such).

There would be no reason that Bambu Lab would want to pull the H2D down market.

From the things I have been reading about this supposed new leaked varient of the H2D, it seems that this one is better and cheaper in all ways. Besides the lacking of maybe some AI features and the laser and cutting module. Do you agree with this? It will obviously be placed at a lower price point to.

Everything we know about it is speculation. So if it’s better, if it’s well priced, if it prints pancakes, we don’t know.

If you consider one head better than two then yes it’s way better.

I think that would be the most obvious move, just like the X1C, release flag ship, remove bells whistle (AI, 2nd nozzle) and release it using the same chassis as a bigger single headed printer. I obviously dont know, but if i was a betting man, I’d be all in on that being what it is. A bigger H series with one nozzle and use of entire build plate. Finally satisfy those calling for a bigger X/P series without going back to older nozzles and same old plate size.

Evidence to the contrary. They’re clearly doing it :stuck_out_tongue:
