Title says it all.
Looking for trouble free mounting and routing.
I have a riser for the dual ams2. Unsure where ht’s will be placed
If you intend to use the bypass port on the AMS HT, I recommend positioning it so that the filament path to the printer is as straight as possible. For standard AMS operation, you can place the unit wherever you prefer, as long as the PTFE tubing doesn’t have any sharp bends that could restrict filament movement.
Looking for suggestions for printable mounting brackets for the bambu 4/1 ptfe reducers
And good design for mounting ams-ht units on side or stacking
One piece of advise, do not hard mount the 4-1 splitters, leave them alone on the PTFE tubes so they can move along with the tubes. If you hard mount them, it constraints the path of the filament and you may end up with blockage or prevent the filament to freely slide.
What should the minimum radius be of the ptfe be?
The tighter I have on my setup is about 12cm
Radius or diameter?
And some extra characters
I rechecked and my tighest radius is more like 8cm actually (16cm diameter)
Ok thank you for the reply and measure
