[H2S] Add PTFE tube for TPU input?

I have an H2S and recently printed 90A TPU by having the spool inside a Sunlu S2 dryer and running the filament out the back, into the TPU port of the H2S, through the filament chain loops and into the extruder, all without a PTFE tube. I aligned the dryer output with the TPU input as best I could (about 45° tilt towards the rear of the printer), but got a few warnings about excessive extrusion force. Has anyone tried using a PTFE tube from the dryer to the extruder through the TPU port, and/or putting a PTFE coupler at the input port? I can’t easily print from the top down because I have two AMS 2’s on top on a dual mount, so I’d like to get the TPU input to work better if I can.

I run TPU 85A, 90A, 95A, TPU Air, and PEBA 95A directly from my AMS HT via the bypass and through PTFE tubes without any issues. I even feed flexible materials this way from my X1C with zero problems.

I print a lot of 95A and 90A always from external spool, through the TPU inlet, through a 4 to 1 PTFE tube adapter with a tube that is always connected. Unless you are doing a multi day print and/or live in super humid enviorment, there really is no need to print from dryer.

I have the H2D, it’s the same system - I have the SunluS2 link from the printer and a PTFE tube from there to the extruder, it works perfectly with TPU

do you have an stil for that splitter mount?
