H2S and K factor

Hi all, if I set the K value of a filament from Bambustudio, then when I send the job to the printer I have to turn off the dynamic flow calibration, right? Which of the two has priority over the other?

That is how I understand it but willing to be proven wrong.

Calibration flow dynamics - I use this switched on if I haven’t calibrated the filament.

Thanks so much for the feedback. Have you noticed if the print quality is better with the K value set? Or is it better when using Dynamic Flow Calibration?

If you read the manual it says that automatic flow calibration may be off by som percent. Manually calibrated is for now the most accurate value you can get.

I thought so too, in fact, I have the K factor for my Eryone PLA set to 0.030.
Thanks for your feedback.

You asked about priority. If you have a custom or manually configured value and automatic calibration is enabled, the automatic calibration procedure will take precedence over the manual setting. Therefore, if you use a manually configured value, do not enable automatic calibration, as it will overwrite your manual value.

perfect, thank you so much for the reply :+1:
