I have a problem with my new H2S (4 days old with 10-20 hours of printing). I’ve started a print with 3,5 hours printing time, after 3 hours I heard a bad noise in the neighbor room and see an error message: [0300-0600-0001-0001 022310] - Motor A has a bad cable contact or the motor is defect
I followed the instructions on the Bambulab wiki, opened the back and checked the connections of the motor and the board. Everything ok!
I’ve opened a ticket at the support center, I hope they will answer as soon as possible, annoying after 4 days.
Does Bambulab pick the printer up or do they deliver spare parts?
