H2S failing prints. Saying I paused it which is not true

My H2S is failing all prints now. He is just stopping during print, the toolhead stays in place where he has printed the last drop of filament. The very first time there were coming two message in bambu Handy. First user paused print, second user aborted print. The next 5 prints the only message was user paused print.
I can`t resume the prints, because the printer seemed forgot the print, the display look like the printer was just turned on.

This issue was reported for the p1 printer from chrismas 24 to march 25 in this forum too. Printer pausing. Bambu always blamed the sd-card, but that was obviously not the solution (read the whole thread). In my case it doesn`t matter if USB-Stick is installed or not.

Any other H2S users with this problem? Latest firmware installed, next thing I will try is factory reset

Factory Reset seems to solve the problem. Last 3 prints worked

I terminated a print, because I forgot to change WallCount. After terminating the error was back. Every subsequent print was failing (3 trials). It seems, that the printer ā€œstoresā€ the terminating of the user print and repeating it every new print. Did a new factory reset and started a new print. Will report if it worksā€¦

that sounds very odd, like a bug.

It is and the new firmware reset did not work. Got a bricked printerā€¦

I changed the Plug and I connected the Printer directly to the Wlan of the Router (poor Connection quality, far away from printer) instead of the repeater near the printer (full connection quality). One of these two seemed to fix the problem. I could finish three prints in a row. Hope error won`t come backā€¦

Did you contact support? Also, do you have an SD card inserted? If so, I would remove it, factory reset and try again. If you do not have an SD card, and you already factory reset the printer, I would contact support.

Yes, I did contact the support. The H2S has no SD-Card slot, but I removed the USB-Stick for factory reset. The USB is only needed for timelabs, the Printer got 8GB internal memory.

Me and two other in the printer Forum (one got 3 H2S, so 5 printers) have all very poor first layer quality. Loosening the transport screw, tighten the ceramic hotend screws and manuell bed leveling (all three described in bambu wiki as possible solution) did not helped. But that will be another thread, if this is solved. I hope for a new firmware, it SEEMS to be for me more a problem of bed calibration.

Hallo, is the problem solved and how did you do that? I got the same with a H2S with latest firmware. Stopped a print short after start coz i made a mistake and since than it stops about half way ā€˜by userā€™.
