My PA6 print came lose from the plate and printing did not stop…
So the PA6 made a big bulb under the hotend and also inside the rubber cap.
So i can not get to the hotend replacement clip (and cannot get the hotend out)…
And i think everything is stuck now with PA6…
Anyone some ideas what i can do now?
Must i replace the whole print head?
Is that even possible?
This is for the H2D, but the process is the same.
It is possible to recover from this depending on exactly how much and where it has occurred.
Time is your friend, be gentle as you do not want to burn things, snap wires etc.
You are not the first, you will not be the last.
You are likely to be up and running at the end provided nothing snapped or the nozzle itself is not bent.

But as you can see in my pictures (the rubber cap has been removed already) i have a LOT more filament surrounding the hotend.
I dont think this will come lose as easy as in the link, or if it will come lose at all…
People have recovered from far worse than you have shone in your photos with nozzles including wires that they recovered with out any damage.
Follow the instructions and be gentle.
You do not know until you try.
As i said we would try it.
And we did.
Took a while to geat the PA6, it came a bit looser, but the bulb surrounding the hotend was so big that this didnot melt.
Eventually we could take/turn it of, with a bit force…
That was because one of the clips holding the hotend was stuk in de PA6-bulb and broke of.
We cleaned it a bit and ordered a new hotend heating assembly as this is now broken…
But ok, then big bulb is gone and reparation is possible.

Cleaning did not get everything off.
I made a support ticket and received a new x-axis an printhead.
Installing this tok about 3hours.
But is fine now
