I cannot find the ducts for the part cooler for the H2S, only for the H2D/H2C.
Am I to assume the same parts work on the H2S?
I was to send a support message to Bambu but they want the printer logs which do not apply to the question of what part to order.
I saw someone on here has a massive ASA clog in a H2S but duct replacement was never a question.
I just replaced the ducts in my X1C a few days ago and it was quick and simple.
I have the feeling that this is a lot harder to do on the H2S. I saw the person with the clog saying they had to oerder the whole $320 X-Axis for their repair.
You’ll most likely need support’s assistance as a lot of parts aren’t searchable.
Just pull a log from the printer and attach it to the request - it’s silly, but think of it as a overly ambitious CAPTCHA. Or upload a blank text file with the right file extension.
I had old emails from support@sevice.bambulab.com. So I responded to that with a different subject line and a message asking for that part. I might know by morning if they respond.
As for the logs, It is running right now with the mangled/melted ducts (I used the busted/mangled ducts on the X1C for about 6 months before I actually opened the parts box and realized it was a 5 minute job - lol. So, in the morning, I should be able to pull the logs.
From support, I typically assume I will get subterfuge at first and want the picture of the SN, sales order number ect, even though they have all that logged under my email.
I hate putting in a ticket. Their system is designed so someone will just save F-it and order a new printer, I think. - lol

I studied that part last night and everytime I selected it, the duct “shoe” disappeared and showed only the fan.
This morning, it appears to show the entire assembly. Maybe I am a conspiracy nut, but that web site is very different this morning/afternoon representing the H2S Cooling Fan.
I see what’s going on here.
There are two pictures when you click that link - those aren’t two different views of the same part, they’re actually two distinct parts.
The first one is the H2D/H2C fan, the second is the H2S fan and duct combo - it just looks weird because it’s an overhead view of the part.
Going through the Bambu wiki for this part, I’m reasonably convinced the link they gave you is right.
