Hi everyone,
I’m dealing with an issue on my Bambu Lab H2s after a blob of death incident, a print likely lost bed adhesion, causing filament to accumulate around the hotend (blob). I cleaned the hotend manually while hot and tried to print again, but about 3/4ths of my prints now end up either with spaghetti at the last layers or detaching completely from the plate.
What I’ve tried:
-Full hotend cleaning (while heated)
-Full auto recalibration (ABL, etc.)
-Build plate cleaning (soap + water)
-Replaced nozzle with a new one
-Tested with and without AMS
-Manual extrusion (flow appears straight and consistent)
-Tested different filaments (With blue eSun PLA the issue is persistent, but with purple eSun PLA prints fine)
Here’s the nozzle just after the first blob
Here’s how most benchys end up
And here’s a few photos when I tried to remove the blob, I even removed the hotend to get a better view
Thanks in advance!
