H2S pulling filament

On my H2S, it is almost impossible to pull back filament from extruder to AMS, when it start to pull back I kind of help it but no way. Than I disconnect ptfe tube just outside of printer and than it can pull filament back, if I don’t disconnect it can not. Any idea?

Did you check the filament path for debris? Sometimes the buffer can contain some bits of filament that interfere.

Should be fairly simple to determine which part of the path is causing the resistance.

Yes I did many times but there was no parts of filament. Don’t know why filament goes in OK, but pulling back is impossible.

There must be a spot where it’s not stuck anymore. There is the cause, can be a broken PTFE tube clamp.

So my steps would be to disconnect PTFE from AMS. Manually slide in a piece of filament and regularly pull it back to find where it’s getting stuck.

If it’s only after extrusion, your filament cutter might be broken.

I did something else. I changed my AMS with trouble and put it on my printer than place AMS which was on printer to a shelve beside printer. And now all is ok, no more problems. And AMS with problem is regular AMS and other which was OK is AMS 2 pro. I think there is something with regular AMS. I changed motor on that AMS and still the same

The feeder of the AMS 2 is stronger. But the der AMS should normally not have any issues.

Your routing might have had too sharp bends in the tubes.
