H2S rear vent flaps are stuck

Hi all, Just tried to start a print and I got error messages about the cooling system having an issue. Have identified that the rear vent on my H2S is jammed open. The flaps do try and close and I hear the servo trying a few times but they stay open.

Anyone had this issue and can point me in the right direction for a fix? I have had a look and can’t see anything in the way of the vent flaps.

Hi. thanks. Yes and submitted a ticket the internal moving vent appears to be working fine and move the the position it is supposed too based on heating or cooling. The Issue is the rear external flaps.

The part in the oval does move up and down by hand but when powered it gets stuck and the vents try to close but can’t.
