H2S - Recovery with clogged high flow tungsten nozzle

After a lot of cleaning .. including with a brass brush..

…..Was able to unload and reload filament, and manually extruded normally after a significant clog with petg-hf however:

Tiny amounts of smoke every 5-10 seconds still coming out of nozzle while extruding..

Filament cleaner only able to go in just a little bit..

Unable remove nozzle..seems extremely stuck..

I don’t own a H2s, but I can give you some tips:

For removing the hotend: Have you tried heating the nozzle (in maintenance mode) to max temp and removing the nozzle? This may melt any filament that is gluing the hotend to the toolhead. If not, try disassembling the whole toolhead.

For solving the steam: Have you tried doing a cold pull? This may help. Also, some brands have “cleaning filament”. If the issue persists, you could try that. At what temp is the nozzle? Are you sure the PETG is dry?, because it really absorbs moisture, so it could cause some steam coming out from the nozzle.

Hope it helps you
