Handy works great, studio will not connect at all

We lost power for a few hours last night. When I tried to print in B Studio my printer was not there anymore. I sent a print from my phone on the Handy app and it works just fine. I logged out of B Studio and logged back in with no luck. When I click on the device tab it just says No Printer. I try to bind again with a pin code but when I go to the printer as directed in the instructions to find the pin code it is not there. I do not have a pin code in my screens, even where it specifically tells me to look. I looked into the bind with access code but the directions to use that do not go with the icons on my screen. I am running the latest Studio version. There is no gear icon under the house button on the home page that the instructions show.

I ran the setup wizard, that only lets me pick my printer and filament types. None of the other things that are supposed to be there are there. No network or account stuff.

I ran the network tests on the help menu:

It seems my http test fails but I can get to bambu labs Bing just fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Which version are you using ? 01.10.02.76 latest

01.10.02.75 is what I have and when I click check for updates it tells me that I am on the latest version.

Having the same issue on Ubuntu 24.04 with studio 1.10.2.75. Had no problems with previous version on same PC. I just upgraded my Win11 PC on same network, everything passed except Test Storage, and Test Storage Upgrade, both failed with 404 Route Not Found.

I assumed you were a windows user ?

I am also an Ubuntu user having the same problem. I also cannot use the app on my phone now…

I am having the same issue and network tests are the same as what OP posted above.

Bambu Studio 0.10.02.76
Fedora 40

I’m not sure if you’re referring to me or one of the other commenters. I do not use windows, I use Linux Mint.

@MrFadedGlory I’ve just managed to get Bambu Studio working by downgrading it to version 1.10.1.50

If you installed it via flatpak, this is the command I used to get that version

flatpak update --commit 67ab164e07561286a7fb0e57f0b8053cccabbaba886c1b09a3115eecd236d30d com.bambulab.BambuStudio

Tried it, got this error:

Error: Can’t update to a specific commit without root permissions

And I have root permissions. I don’t get it.

Update: It just randomly started working again. I guess it was some problem that they fixed? I don’t know.

There was an update for Bambu Studio on Linux released overnight which has the comment “Work-around broken network plugin”

flatpak remote-info --log flathub com.bambulab.BambuStudio

   History:

I had the same error and just needed to use sudo to run the command.

I omitted sudo from the above command because I don’t like the idea of encouraging people to run commands from an unknown person as sudo

I set up my P1S yesterday and haven’t been able to print since I received the printer due to the errors described above. I’ve tried it on two different Windows 10 machines, three different networks, and all to no avail. When I try to print it stops at 30% and gives me a 3030 error message. When I try the network tests, it fails the upload with 404 error message. I’m running Bambu Studios 1.10.2.76. Not a great start. Any ideas on how to approach this issue?

In case anyone else finds this in the future. My issue was resolved by importing five amazon certs provided by Bambu Support. It took a lot of back and forth but eventually R&D sent me the certs with instructions how to import and install. If able, refer support to Ticket No: US250308699001.

Try forcing a sync of your clock in Windows. After trying numerous things, this is the only thing that allow me to get past 30% / error code 60 / ssl error. Hopefully, it works for you.
