As of this past weekend, the “3D Preview” function with all models in MakerWorld errors out when I try to use it. I’m running Firefox on a Windows 11 pro desktop, and nothing has changed in the browser application itself. On a lark, I tried performing the same task using Edge, and in Edge, the button for the 3D Preview doesn’t even show up to click on. Anyone else running into this? Has Bambu Lab disabled the feature on their MakerWorld site?
Can you do me a small favour and try it on a couple of different models? Or do you get this same error message on all of them?
Well, that rules out a site-wide removal of function. So we now know it still works on Apple.
Working fine here in Western US.
Could be a local “cloud” outage.
Okay… now it gets even more curious. So it doesn’t work in Firefox or Edge, but I just installed Opera, and it works with that browser. Adding more mystery to the situation, I even rolled back my version of Firefox, and then did a system restore to back when it still worked. None of that worked. But for some reason, Opera does. Since any parametric models also fail, at least I can get those to work in Opera till I manage to get this figured out. I’ll consider this a partial solution, as I have something that works until such time as I can figure out what’s going on with Firefox and can get back to using only one browser again.
Well , I dont have the 3d option at all with firefox, but it works fine with Chrome.
Working on Edge for me. Firefox too as well as chrome.
Strange
Firefox here, didn’t notice any problems.Version 150.0.3 the past days and Version 151.0 now.
