Has anyone seen this before, or know how to fix it, the top of the plate is suppose to be flush with that Bering. I tried to push it by hand but it wouldn’t budge. Is there any video’s or somewhere to find help? Thanks
This happens when something like a filament poop falls into the bearing “well” in the base of the printer. It will push the bearing up when the machine is lowered all of the way. It can also be caused if you install 3rd party covers over the “well”.
Take a look at where the rod for that bearing joints the printer base.
Creative use of a small “c” clamp should be able to press the bearing back into the correct position.

Another option would be to print a spacer to press the bearing back.
A member in the forum @VictorLagina has a print that is designed to do this.

I got lazy the last time. Do not do as I did, but it worked. I have a jewelers hammer and encouraged it back in place. Worked, but I wouldn’t try it in your home.

I might suggest printing that spacer and then manually turning the pulley under the printer to push it back. This will let you gauge how much force you are applying to the lead screw and bearing assembly.
